2025 AAWD Annual Conference Call for Poster Proposals

The American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD) invites students, early-career professionals, faculty, and practitioners to submit abstracts for poster presentations at the AAWD 2025 Conference, held September 5-6, 2025, in Baltimore.

Selected posters will be displayed in the exhibit hall, offering presenters the opportunity to share their work with peers, mentors, and leaders in the field, as well as during the AAWD Pinot & Posters reception on Friday evening. Presenters will be recognized at the Annual Awards Dinner on Saturday evening.

To present at the AAWD Conference 2025, individuals must be members of AAWD.

All presenters will be recognized at the event and will receive a certificate of presentation.

Submissions do not have to focus specifically on research related to women. We welcome a wide range of research, including in vitro and in vivo studies, literature reviews, and educational projects. The goal is to encourage women to engage and share their work, whether it’s research they’ve been conducting or initiatives they’ve taken to improve dental education. If the presentation is related to women in dentistry, that’s even better! However, submissions are encouraged from a broad perspective.

Guidelines for Poster Submissions
