With 39 years in dentistry and nearly three decades in consulting, Shelly Short brings deep expertise in practice management, team communication, clinical efficiency, and holistic well-being. She has practiced in the U.S. and Europe, and currently teaches at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Shelly holds a master’s in nutritional sciences with an emphasis in health promotion and has consulted across the U.S. and internationally. An award-winning alumna and published speaker, her approach blends evidence-based strategies with a passion for professional and personal balance.
