The Gillette Hayden Memorial Foundation, established in 1930 to honor Dr. Gillette Hayden, is a nonprofit organization (501c3) and was created to fund charitable, scientific, literary or educational activities of the American Association of Women Dentists.

GHMF supports the future of women dentists in leadership and practice.

The GHMF Practice Management Scholarship provides:

• Eight (8) one-hour Zoom sessions with Dr. Shelly Short, RDH, MS, PhD.
• Training on practice management, leadership, financial health, and team building.
• Recorded sessions and follow-up reports for lasting impact.
